This popular dish is made from 200grams of succulent Mahi Mahi fillet [also known as Dorado] , purchased fresh and hand picked from the local Balinese fishing boats on early morning arrival. After customer order, the Mahi Mahi is grilled for around 8 minutes to perfection in our specialty grill, flavored with lemon and herbs. This beautiful succulent mouth watering fish is then served on a seductive bed of skillet potatoes, baby spinach and black olive date butter. Then, to add to the magic, it is served with pesto sauce and parmesan spatzli crackers. Some order extra dates ! Served also with of course the view of Geger Lagoon! Enjoy!
